Scope: Second Floor Expansion, Add 3rd Bay to Existing 2 Car Garage, Full Exterior Renovation
Challenges: Blending the new changes with existing space, required the addition of structural beams.
Outcome: Although demolition presented some existing framing surprises, we were able to work quickly with the owner, contractor and building department to revise the structural design and get it right!
