The Zaharris Residence

Before & After

Scope: Second-Story Addition and Complete Interior and Exterior House Alterations

Challenges:  This failing home in historic East Northport, was slated for certain demolition.

Outcome: For this project, instead of knocking down this neighborhood original home, with careful planning, we saved the existing structure and added on a 2 story addition to expand the house and along with the whole house alterations we designed, this home fits in beautifully with the neighborhood. We specified the strengthening of the existing structure to ensure that this house is ready for the next hundred years.
